• Saddlers Court Mfg have been supplying production line steel fabrications since 1997, to major OEMs within the UK and can boast as part of our customers base such global names as JCB, GKN and Terex • Our expertise in fabrications covers light, medium and heavy production line fabrications, up to 10 tonnes. • Machining fabrications in-house is completed at either sub-assembly stage or full assembly stage and our extensive machining centres cater for both small & large fabrications. • All core processes to support the fabrication process are completed in-house, covering profiling, flattening, forming, rolling and machining. • Jig & Fixture design and manufacture is a core discipline and where our customers wish to purchase tooling from other suppliers we are keen to support them in this process. “Working Together”

We have many years of experience in the medium / heavy fabrication industry. Let us help you with any design queries, we can assist you at every stage of production. From the initial enquiry to the finished product we are constantly on hand to help with any technical issues to ensure your product is on spec, on time and on the way... Our CAD/CAM facilities can import most major graphic files, to expedite orders and implement modifications or changes very rapidly throughout the system. Quality, Service and Inspection

We provide the many services that achieve the quality and control over the parts we produce. Right from a customer design, we can produce all the processes that require us to expedite the parts on order for our customers. Having these tools to hand allows us to control all aspects of design, production methods through to inspection and delivery. Saddlers Court Mfg is certified BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 As with all the processes along the production path, there is an exhaustive inspection regime integrated into the fabrication department. Jobs are inspected at every stage of plating and welding before being passed onto the next process.
