Always looking to invest in new technology, we are committed to keeping costs down through automating and speeding up repetitive welding tasks with our Fanuc 6 axis robot.  The AM100ib welding robot with RJ3ib controller is able to skillfully manipulate an integrated water cooled torch with pulse and standard welding processes for 1mm & 1.2mm solid wire.  Touch sensing mechanical probes and spot lasers with multipass software are able to weld the most complex of fabrications up to 250Kg.
